Cabin 152 is a detached and furnished two bedroom log cabin with an enclosed veranda affording good views of the mountains. It is in good order and has UPVC double glazed windows throughout. The garden is well manicured with flower beds, shrubs and hedges and grass and also benefits from a good sized floating deck. Parking is to the rear of the cabin for approximately 3 cars.
Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.
The cabin is accessed via a path from the parking space at the rear and via 3 steps up to decking area and front door.
1.19m x 4.63m The veranda has been enclosed with UPVC windows and tongue and groove panelling, creating a seating area with views up to the Rhinog Mountains and a bench, cabinet, shelving and canvas wardrobe.
3.98m x 2.65m. The lounge has two matching 2-seater sofas, a side table with drawer, modern stone electric fire, oil filled heater and a tube heater behind the sofa. Access to the storage and electric meter cupboard is off of the lounge.
1.35m x 1.91m There are fitted kitchen base and wall units with a Belfast sink and water heater below the sink serving both the sink and the bathroom basin. There is a freestanding fridge and freezer under the worktop, a microwave, a new freestanding oven and a griddle unit on the worktop.
The bathroom has a modern shower cubicle with electric shower unit and shelving units either side of it. There is a white WC, white washbasin fitted into a vanity unit, an additional tall storage unit, a tube heater, bar heater and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1 (left) 2.15m x 3.14m The double bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, wooden bench, shelf unit and 2 windows. The wooden doors have been removed and curtains and bi-fold plastic doors are are used instead for both bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 (right) 2.15m x 1.96m. There are modern bunk beds that have never been used, a wardrobe with hanging space and drawers and an electric tube heater.
