Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is approached directly from the gravel car parking area via 3 steps up to the decking and entrance door.

Lounge-kitchen-diner

5.21m x 4.68m (L shaped, longest sides) The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, a night storage heater and free standing log effect electric fire and has wooden single glazed windows to the rear. Access to the meter/broom cupboard is from lounge.

The kitchen has good views up to the Rhinog Mountains and has modern fitted base and wall units with single stainless steel sink unit and Hyco water heater in the cupboard below. It also has a fitted oven, hob and fridge, a dining table and four chairs. There are double patio doors opening onto the decking from the dining area, all walls have been painted white and there is grey laminate flooring throughout.

Bathroom

Tiled shower unit with mira electric shower, white WC and washbasin with Galaxy water heater above, mirror, vanity light and shaver point above toilet, shelving unit, white heated towel rail, vinyl floor tiles and 2 UPVC double glazed windows.

Externally

Sizeable, sheltered corner plot over looking play area with good views of the Rhinog mountains beyond.  There is a decked area (3.7m x 2.2m) to the front and the lawned garden is behind the cabin and with hedging around 3 sides of the cabin. The gravelled parking area within the plot for 2 cars.

None of the services have been tested but the chalet is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.

Tenure

Leasehold: A new 50 year lease will be issued. Planning restricts the use to holiday purposes only and for 11 months of the year with November being the exception. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
