Cabin 174 is a detached and fully furnished leasehold log cabin in good order and has an enclosed veranda which has been opened out to create an open plan lounge-kitchen-diner. It also benefits from double glazed windows, a new roof and being clad all round. The cabin has a large grassy, relatively private plot with some views to the Rhinog Mountains from the decking and garden and the parking is within the plot to the rear of the cabin.


Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains.  There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.


The cabin is approached from the parking area to the rear of the cabin along a gravel path and accessed via several steps up to the decking and front door.


4.60m x 5.10m (L-Shaped). The veranda has been fully opened out to create a large Lounge-Kitchen-Diner. The lounge area has a sofa and matching armchair, an oil filled electric heater, and access to the broom/meter cupboard. (TV, DVD and coffee table not included in the sale)

The kitchen-diner has modern white fitted base and wall units, fitted oven & hob with stainless steel extractor above, a stainless-steel sink unit and freestanding fridge. The dining area has a dining table and 2 chairs and a storage heater. The whole lounge-kitchen-diner has laminated flooring.


The bathroom has a shower cubicle with Gainsborough electric shower, white WC and washbasin, a water heater that serves the kitchen sink and bathroom basin, bar heater, heated towel rail, narrow storage cupboard and carpet tile flooring.


Bedroom 1 (left) 3.17m x 2.18m. Double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside shelf and cabinet, wall mounted electric panel heater and is carpeted.
Bedroom 2 (2nd Left) 2.17m x 1.98m. single bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet, wall mounted electric panel heater and is carpeted.


The cabin has a large, relatively private plot with a decked area (4.30m x 2.2m) to the front and  some views to the Rhinog Mountains. It has a large lawn area to side and back with a rockery to the rear, a stream running along one edge and a hedge border on 2 sides. The gravel parking space is within the plot to the rear of the cabin. All windows are double glazed, the cabin was re-roofed recently and the cabin is clad all round.


None of the services have been tested, but the chalet is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.


Leasehold: A new 50-year lease will be issued on completion. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from the site office.
