Cabin 235 is a detached and furnished two bedroom leasehold log cabin. The veranda has been enclosed providing a seating and dining area and the cabin benefits from having UPVC windows and door. It has a large grassy plot with parking to the side of the cabin, a stream running along the southern edge and a good sized decking area along the front with views of the mountains.
Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.
The cabin is approached from the car parking area across the grass and via 3 steps up to the decking and main door.
The veranda (3.65m x 1.44m) has been enclosed with UPVC double glazed windows and door and pine tongue and groove cladding. It has two bamboo chairs, a wicker table and drawer unit, a dining table with 5 chairs and has carpet tile flooring.
3.84m x 3.00m. There is a 3-seater sofa with 2 matching chairs, a wall mounted TV with sky box, coffee table, corner bookshelf and the room is carpeted. Access to broom and meter cupboard is from the lounge.
1.94m x 1.90m The kitchen has fitted base and wall units with a stainless steel sink unit and crownette water heater above it. There is also a freestanding cooker and fridge-freezer and it has lino flooring.
The modern shower cubicle is fitted with a Redring electric shower and the WC and washbasin are white. There is a crownette water heater and mirrored cabinet above the sink, a heated towel rail and it has part lino, part carpet tile flooring.
Bedroom 1 (right) 2.05m x 2.96m with double bed, bedside shelf, reading light above headboard, table, shelf & mirror, bar heater and is carpeted.
