Cabin 54 is a detached 2-bedroom leasehold log cabin on the hill above the reception with good views to the Rhinog Mountains. The veranda has been enclosed and half opened out, creating an open plan lounge-kitchen-diner on one side and a separate seating area on the other side. It further benefits from UPVC windows and door and three quarters of the cabin having been clad and insulated. The plot is relatively small and has some grass, gravel and concreted areas with several shrubs and trees. There are several steps up to the decking and parking within the plot.

Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is accessed from the parking area via 4 steps up to the decking and front door. All internal ceilings have been clad with tongue and groove panelling with insulation above.

Veranda

The veranda has been enclosed and half opened out, creating an open plan lounge-kitchen-diner on one side and a separate seating area on the other side with 2 wicker seats with good views to the Rhinog Mountains.

Lounge-Kitchen-Diner

5.45m x 4.95m (longest sides). The lounge has two matching 2-seater sofas, 2 coffee tables, a TV and freeview box, wall mounted book case and an electric log effect fire.

The kitchen has modern fitted base and wall units with a stainless-steel sink unit and water heater serving both the kitchen and bathroom sinks in the cupboard below. There is a freestanding oven and fridge and a dining table and 4 matching chairs.

Bathroom

Modern shower cubicle with Redring electric shower, white WC and washbasin fitted in vanity unit with a mirror above, chrome heated towel rail, the walls are painted mint green and there is vinyl flooring.

Bedroom 1 (right) 2.95m x 2.05m with double bed, bedside cabinet, freestanding wardrobe, wall mounted panel heater and is carpeted.
Bedroom 2 (left) 1.90m x 2.04m with double bed, bedside cabinet, electric panel heater and is carpeted.

Externally

The plot is relatively small and has some grass, gravel and concreted areas with several shrubs and trees. Tenure

Leasehold: A new 50 year lease will be issued upon completion. The cabin can only be used between the 1st December & 31st October and for holiday purposes only. Current site fees can be obtained from the site office.
