There are fitted kitchen base and wall units with a Belfast sink and water heater below the sink serving both the sink and the bathroom basin. There is a freestanding fridge and freezer under the worktop, a microwave, a new freestanding oven and a griddle unit on the worktop.

The bathroom has a modern shower cubicle with electric shower unit and shelving units either side of it. There is a white WC, white washbasin fitted into a vanity unit, an additional tall storage unit, a tube heater, bar heater and heated towel rail.
