Covid-19 FAQs – Holiday Home Owners

1. Can Holiday Home Owners come to the Holiday Park to use or visit their Holiday Home?
Trawsfynydd Leisure Village is currently closed, following current government advice. If you need a drain down, turning on your heating etc. you can get in touch with us at staff@logcabinswales.co.uk or call 01766 540219.

2. When will the Holiday Park Reopen?

Covid-19 FAQs – Holidaymakers

1. When will the Holiday Parks be open for arrivals?
We will be open to holidaymakers from 6pm on Friday 4th of December to those living in Wales and in tiers 1 and 2 in England and tiers 0, 1 and 2 in Scotland. If you have a booking and are currently living in a tier 3 area, please contact us to rearrange your break.
There is only one household permitted to stay in each cabin. An extended bubble doesn’t count as a household so it’s only the people living at your home address that are permitted to stay in the cabin with you.
We thank you for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.

2. If I book and lockdown measures are extended again can I change my Holiday dates?
We know that things are a little uncertain at the moment, but you can book with confidence thanks to the Pure Leisure promise. If you need to change your booking, you can transfer your deposit and balance up to 10 days* prior to arrival. The Pure Leisure Promise is available on new bookings made before 1st March 2021 and arriving from 2nd of December 2020 – 31st January 2022. Balances are due 30 days before arrival. Terms and conditions apply, find out more here.

3. What facilities will be open at the Holiday Park?
Trawsfynydd Leisure Village is currently closed, following current government advice.
